Kathie Lee Gifford hosted the 4th hour of TODAY with Hoda KokoTB between 2008 and April 5, 2019. Entertainment Weekly called the Gifford-Kotb Hour as an appointment on TV, as well as USA Today called TODAY Happy Hour. In 2014 Gifford created the critically acclaimed TODAY The Musical which featured the cast and hosts of the show and each month, she wrote a new song for the show's popular program Everyone Has a Story. In 2015 she was accepted into the Broadcast & Cable Hall of Fame. Gifford co-hosted Live with Regis & Kathie Lee, where she won 11 Emmys. For three years, she was also a reporter for Good Morning America. Gifford was a producer and singer songwriter who is also an actress, has had a long career in television and in film.
