Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our family. A majority of my followers know me via my Instagram @annephung. I share my daily life, highs and lows, as well as everything inbetween. My family relocated to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. Since I was confident that I would be a successful person I set out to succeed and make my parents happy. I believed my future would unfold one way or another: I'd graduate from university, be offered an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin an family. The lifestyle I had planned for me was not what it turned out. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like going to work at my corporate job. Status and money did inspire me. I believed that I was wasting time for an income. My passion for fitness and my desire to socialize with people helped me find my new calling as a personal trainer. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own small business. Within this industry it is not a lot of Asian women. As a coach, my goal is to encourage others to lead a healthy and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to every person's individual needs and desires. Additionally, I aim in empowering others to achieve the goals they have set for themselves and achieve anything they wish to do. As my professional career took off and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the hardest of all. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my mind and my heart all the time. It's amazing how the world gives us exactly the lessons we need even if we aren't aware of it. It was my mother's abrupt death that altered my life forever. It was a true blessing. it gave me an opportunity to live my living a full and fulfilling life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance to live a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. The 30's are the only that I truly feel like I'm living my life. My story is made available to you so that I can talk about my experience and thoughts. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of getting anything you'd like to. Therapy is essential as is regular. The health of a person is the most important wealth. There is only one chance to live. I hope you enjoy it to the max.
